This is a refreshing modern idea designed specifically for people who want a foothold in Spain to use for up to 3 months a year but who neither want to can afford full ownership and its yearly costs.
Unlike time-share and other home share ideas, usually run by big corporations, often charging ten-times the actual property value and annual costs, we are different.
We can see the need and the logical reason why home-sharing, organised properly, will be successful.
As outright owners of everything we offer for sale, as well as owning all our own parks, we cut out all the costly middlemen and pass the saavings directly to you.
It works so simply. We take on of our caravans, mobile homes or log-cabins and divide the cost into quarters (3 month periods). Each quarter is valued as to time of year (low - high season) and offered for sale. The annual fees are also quartered. A small amount is added to both to cover the extra costs to us. The quarter you buy is then yours for the next ten years.

Choice of Annual Costs
NORMAL The cheapest option gives you the exclusive right to use your purchase with whoever you wish to stay with you. No other guests may use it. You will be responsible for 25% of any repairs/maintenance or replacements.
PROTECTED As NORMAL and includes all repairs/maintenance and replacements.*
FREEDOM As PROTECTED and allows you to authorise any other guests to use your purchase or rent it out to make an income.**
*Deliberate/accidental damage not covered.
**A management/cleaning service is available at a cost of £20 per change-over.
Oasis Country Park
Beautiful natural country setting and only 20 minutes drive from the large bustling seaside resort of Gandia with its fantastic Blue Flag golden sandy beaches.
This area is very popular for fantastic hillside walks right on your doorstep, rock-climbing and mountain biking.
Relax in the jacuzzi on our swimming pool terrace with a drink from our poolside bar. Or spend an afternoon catching carp at our private, natural fishing lake.
We have recently developed many more activity areas including golf driving range, crazy golf, BBQ area and play areas for both children and dogs
SMALL BASIC CARAVAN
Sleeps 2.
Older style entry level ideal for 1 or 2 people on a budget.
This caravan has a double bed, fridge and microwave.
Toilets and hot showers are located nearby.
LARGE CARAVAN
Sleeps 4 people.
More spacious and on a larger plot.
This caravan has 1 double bed and bunk beds suitable for 2 children.
It is equipped with a small fridge and cooker.
Toilets and hot showers are located nearby.
LOG CABIN
Sleeps 4 people.
Beautiful fully refurbished log cabin with direct views over the fishing lake.
Bathroom and kitchen are brand new as are all the furnishings and fittings.
One double bedroom plus double sofa bed in lounge.
