We know how hard you work under normal conditions but what you have all done since the coronavirus pandemic deserves the biggest THANK YOU.

For this reason, we are organising a massive extravaganza in September 2022 (subject to change due to Covid-19 restrictions) and inviting each and every one of you* to enjoy a totally FREE weekend of fun.
We want to invite everyone, regardless of your position, every worker is included. i.e. doctors, nurses, receptionists, cleaners, volunteers, to name just a few. All departments are welcomed such as all QEQM staff, all Pilgrims Hospice staff, every out-patient service, all doctors surgeries, ambulance services, etc. etc. If you are an NHS staff working in Thanet then this one is for you.
There will be a total of three events to choose from. Two daytime events where you can bring your families and one evening adults-only event where you can bring your partners as we know many workers had to limit the time they could spend with their families during the peak of the pandemic.
The daytime family events will be based on a traditional fete with many stalls giving away free prizes. There will be a general arena with various shows along with karaoke, competitions and much more.

With lots of different food choices make sure you bring an appetite!

Soft drinks and beer will be available and like everything else completely FREE of charge.
The evening event will mainly feature music along with general entertainment. Food and drink will have an Anglo/Spanish flavour, so along with a complete buffet and huge grill, there will be Spanish Sangria and traditional Valencian paella. As usual, everything will be completely free of charge.
All three events will have a free raffle with a top prize of a holiday in Spain!
