Beaches - There are a wide array of stunning beaches in the area (Mojacar, Garrucha, Vera, etc.) With three of them receiving the blue flag award and they're only 10 minutes drive from Grand Oasis mobile home park.
Whether you're looking for a busy beach with easy access and plenty of activities and eateries, or you're looking for a more hidden gem for a peaceful and relaxing day, there's a beach to suit everyone in this area.
A short 20 minute walk away from Grand Oasis Park is the bustling town of Turre. Here you will find a variety of bars, cafes, restaurants and shops.
Every Friday there is an exceptional market where you can purchase fresh fruit, vegetables, clothes and many other goods at extremely reasonable prices.
Ermita de San Francisco de Asis - The exact date of the construction of this building is unknown however it is likely that it was built in the 17th century. It has always been used as a religious building be that a mosque or a chapel.

Iglesia Parroquial de la Purisima Concepcion - a 16th century catholic church with beautiful interior.
Five minute drive north-west of Grand Oasis, you can find the village of Los Gallardos. This village has all the amenities of a small town; post office, doctors surgery, school, church, a variety of bars and restaurants and a selection of local businesses including a bakery, butchers, fishmonger and much more.
The local street market in Los Gallardos is held every Tuesday.
Just a 12 minute drive away from Grand Oasis is the popular, touristic resort of Mojacar. The local street market in Mojacar is held every Wednesday.
Plaza Nueva - Plaza Nueva is the main plaza. A great spot for a panoramic view of the med and surrounding towns and villages.
It is a short walk through the steep, narrow streets to the top, however, there is a lift up for those not so steady on their feet.
Here you will find a selection of bars and restaurants serving excellent food with stunning views.
Museo "Casa de la Canana" - This is a small museum set in a 100 year old house. It features antique relics from the different centuries and inhabitants of the region, from the moors to today.
The owners give a personal tour and talk of the history of the region, the village and the items on display.
Iglesia de Santa Maria - This small church was originally a mosque before the Christian Kings of Spain conquering the town from the moors.
A large nativity display can be seen at Christmas time and the Easter parade floats are on display during Holy Week.
Mojacar Jeep Tours - Enjoy a day out exploring with 4x4 jeep tours up into the beautiful Cabrera mountains.

Ozone Bowling - A fun bowling arcade on the seafront of Mojacar. It also features a bar with reasonably priced drinks, air-hockey tables, and a variety of other arcade games.
Albatross MiniGolf - A great way to keep all the family entertained for a couple of hours.
This mini golf course is by the seafront with stunning views of the ocean and plenty of trees for shade from the hot summer sun.
Parque Comercial Mojacar - The parque comercial is a shopping mall in Mojacar.
It is a popular centre with a wide variety of shops, cafes, bars, restaurants, gym, hairdressers and much more.
Aquavera - For a fun family day out Aquavera is a must visit. This water park is located in Vera, just 15 minutes drive away from Grand Oasis. It features a selection of water slides, a wave pool, lake pool and much more.
There are a variety of restaurants and cafes to choose from and a large picnic area.
Karting Garrucha - Karting Garrucha is located just 6 minutes drive away from Grand Oasis. It features a large track and a small track and caters for adults, teens and children (over 3 years of age).
Oasys MiniHollywood - Oasys MiniHollywood is a wild west adventure park, located in Tabernes, just under an hours drive away from Grand Oasis.
There are live shows, a huge zoological reserve with more than 800 animals of 200 different species, pool area, guided tours, souvenir shops, fancy dress store and photo studio and a large range of restaurants.
