How to Purhase

Purchasing on any of our three parks is a simple process and takes just three easy steps. All paperwork is easy to understand, is in English and in the currency that you understand. There is no need for a Gestoria (Spanish Lawyer), translators or any Spanish documentation. All that is required is a valid passport.

Step 1 - Visit and or stay on the park of your choice, have a thorough look round, meet and have a chat with some of our current residents, plenty of whom have been with us for many years and have a look at the homes that are available.

Step 2 - Once you have decided on the home that you would like, simply pay a £1,000*cash deposit to our site managers, whom will then complete the necessary paperwork, a copy of which is given to you as a receipt.

Step 3 - Pay the balance by bank transfer, and when full payment has been received and confirmed your paperwork will be signed as paid in full.

CONGRATULATIONS - At this point you have a home in Spain to use as and when  you wish.**

* £1,000 deposit will hold the home for two weeks, should you require more time to arrange your finances, please speak with the site managers, who will discuss other options that may be available to you.

Please note that we also accept payments in Euros which is subject to the exchange rate current at the time of purchase and can only be accepted in Spain.
